I love rag dolls. Especially hand sewn dolls. There is so much of the creator in dolls made by hand.
i found these two in an Etsy shop(which i can no longer find) and i absolutely love them.
The seller thought they were made by the same person, and the doll with the short hair has "Sacramento California, 6-14-52 "written in faded ink on her dress.

LOL - this is getting spooky now. I will have to do a post about my collection of rag dolls. I love gothic ones and have some by the same artist called Spookypie.

I met Chloe (aka Spookypie) at Goth weekend in Whitby one year. She is such a lovely lady. When Pete had to stay in hospital for 6 weeks she made him a gothic nurse doll I had asked her to custom make. She is so talented.
