I have always wanted to learn to play an instrument. And now i think i know which one to start with..A Mountain Dulcimer. One of my most favorite artists, Joni Mitchell plays the dulcimer in a lot of her earlier music. Here's a little sample of why i love her, and why i want to start with a dulcimer.

Mare - I do not believe how much we have in common.
I love Joni Mitchell, she has such an unusual wonderful voice.
I didn't know she played the dulcimer though - but it sounded so great and fit right in with Joni's style of music!
I play the mandolin (a bit) it is rewarding playing a tune on an instrument, I really hope you do it!
