My God, that is unbelievable! Those kids are so incredibly talented - and to make playable instruments out of old cans etc is amazing. Those poor people, I feel disgusting moaning about having not much money, when I see how these people live I realise I live in luxury in comparison. Lynne x
Lynne, that is exactly how i feel. And i have a LOVELY mountain dulcimer here and i haven't touched it in weeks...This inspires me to get back to work!I've also been wanting to learn to play the fiddle. Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could buy their instruments for a fund raiser! I'd buy obe(if i could afford it!!!)
I know, I haven't played my mandolin since before Christmas, a combination of non-stop crocheting and sheer laziness :) That would be a fantastic idea, I am still stunned how they can get sounds like that from them. Lynne x
