New Buns

Two new bunnies for the Etsy shop! I used the same pattern by Barbara Prime of Fuzzy Mitten, but for the pink bun i used smaller needles, and made longer floppy ears.
Both are knit with love of acrylic yarn that looks a lot like mohair and stuffed with polyfil. I just have to decide if they need clothes or just a couple of cute bows tied around their necks!

They are both super soft, floppy and squishy, just right for some good hugging action. And their faces are embroidered on so that there are no small parts for babies to pull off and put in their mouths. I love knitting these little guys...

I thought i'd leave you with some cotton tails...

Oh, Mare- they are adorable!! And I love how you said they were "squishy", I can tell from the pictures they would be so huggable!

Thanks Ladies...They sure are fun to make. I still haven't decided if they need duds or bows....

Thanks Melissa! If it was about bread i could have entitled it "Buns in the Oven" but then that would be misleading too! ;)

Hey my ADK friend! Thank you! And soon the store will be in new hands. But our work (my daughter's and mine) will still be sold there...Change is everywhere!

Those are so cute! My nieces loved their bears you custom made, and one thing they liked the best was that they each had a scarf, a ribbon, and a necklace.
