Movie Night: Slumdog Millionaire

We didn't get to see this in the movie theater, but gobbled it up on Netflix as soon as it became available. It is a beautiful love story, and a hard look at life on the streets for children in India. (~and one of the reasons i have been supporting children-especially girls-there thru CCF for over 25 years) I LOVED this movie....

Hey, for once, I beat you to a movie. We watched it last week. I liked most of it, loved some of it, and thought other parts were way too by-the-formula. Glorious movie though. But an Oscar Best Picture? Hmmm. Thanks for continuing to stop by my blog. Sorry I haven't been around as much as usual lately!

Hey CM! I feel pretty much the same way, but loved it more than liked it. Sometimes i don't want to be too challenged by a movie... You know as long as you have a blog, i'm there! I want to keep an eye on you guys! ;) What with moving and all, of course you are busy! With outdoor work, i have been here less too...
Greenmama! Nice to meet you! Thanks for stopping by and saying hello! I'm going right to your blog and check you out! :)
