Here are some new dolls ready to go on the shelves of The Paper Sparrow for Troy Night Out
This is Rudy The Rectangle and my first attempt at amigurumi. I got this little free pattern at Michael's and decided to try him. He came out so cute!
This is Kaylee the kitty and she is a glove doll. She actually has a belly "button" too!

she has a sweet face....
And this is Ruthie. She is also a glove doll, and the first of her kind that i have made. She was a lot of fun, and will be having friends join her at the store!

You are SO clever. I love them.........I tried continental knitting, too.....and I can do it....but after knitting the other way all my life, it just doesn't feel right no matter how much I force myself to do it.
Thanks everybody! These little guys are so much fun to make. I love dolls, especially rag dolls. It's like i never grew up! ;)
Hilary, i am still trying with the new way of knitting. It is going to take me some time to get used to it, but in the long run it might just enable me to knit longer, so it is worth it.
I love all of your things Mare- but your little dolls are the best!! They have so much personality!
Awww Thanks Paula. I think i like to make them best of all...
