Daydream Believer...

The end of a part of my life...Sounds so dramatic, doesn't it? But that is how i feel today, after hearing the news that my first ever Love, Davy Jones of the Monkees, passed away of a heart attack this morning. I cannot believe it. I wore those blue and white love beads until the strand broke from wear. I had that very same face plastered all over my bedroom walls in my childhood home. Again it reminds me, nothing lasts forever. Everything changes and everything that is born eventually ceases to be. But Davy??? This 57 year old woman was just brought back to her teenage years emotionally, and i am responding to this news as if i was still a girl. Rest in Peace my favorite Daydream Believer...

A Blessing on it's way!

This my friends, is my new grandchild, a girl, due in July! We've lost some much loved family members this past year. It is so good to welcome a new soul into our family! I am so happy and Blessed to have another grandchild to love....
