Well folks, things are getting better all the time. I decided that i would try to walk with my best behaved dog Zinnia, and it was great! I know i am not ready to take the whole crew with me(and may never want to do that for other reasons anyway) I have a few pups that think they are sled dogs and pull really hard on the leashes. I don't trust my newly found balance enough for that test yet.
But Zin is a great companion, and she thoroughly enjoys getting out in nature and working off her excess energy.
I asked her to sit so i could take a few pictures of her in the woods. She is a dog who spends her days in constant motion
but she got very impatient with me
She'd MUCH rather be moving.

Hi Mary Ellen! I haven't been to your blog before, and really enjoyed your pictures. You are an inspiration to me, a person who deals with her own balance issues. Zinnia is beautiful and so are you!

Zinnia looks like a good walking companion, have fun both of you!

Oh Thank you Christine! And thanks for visiting and leaving a message! Love, mare
I'm glad you're feeling better all the time, Mare. Your dog is so cute!
All the best from the west coast...
Hi Lynne! Zinnia is a great companion. i don't have to worry about her knocking me down as she is very well behaved and seems to understand i am still a bit wobbly. The others are a bit jealous i think....
Hi Laura! Thank you so much for stopping by! It is so good to hear from you my friend. Thanks so much for the good wishes!
